Important Pickup Instructions
Pickup & Transfer Details
Our driver will collect you from your hotel early in the morning for your Hot Air Balloon experience. Pickup timings vary throughout the year and will be confirmed at the time of reservation. Generally, pickups are scheduled between 03:45 AM and 05:00 AM, depending on your hotel location.
Please note:
Pickup is available only from hotels within Dubai city limits.
Hotels located outside Dubai or in remote areas require a private transfer, which must be requested in advance.
If you prefer to arrive directly, our reservation team will share the meeting point details with you.
Once picked up, you will be driven to the designated Hot Air Balloon launch site in the desert.

Terms & Conditions
- Passengers weighing over 120kg will be required to purchase two tickets
- Children aged between 5 and 11 years are eligible.
- Children over 11 years are considered adults for ticketing
- As this is a time-sensitive activity, drivers cannot wait at the pickup point
- Kindly select your experience date and type with care
- All Hot Air Balloon ride tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Private transportation is available at an additional cost from Al Maha, Jebel Ali, Bab Al Shams, Hatta, Dubai, and Sharjah for up to 5 passengers.
- Additional charges apply for private transportation (maximum 5 passengers) from RAK, Ajman, UAQ, Al Ain, and Abu Dhabi.
- Kindly review the Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking.
Flight Restrictions – Passengers
- Children under 5 years of age
- Individuals older than 70 years
- Expectant mothers beyond the third month of pregnancy
- Severe heart conditions or chronic knee and back pain
- Guests recovering from major surgery in the last 6 months
- Guests with height phobia are advised not to participate.
- In line with current guidelines, guests with high-risk medical conditions, chronic illnesses, or respiratory issues are not permitted to join the tour
- Guests with certain disabilities are not permitted to fly, including mental or emotional conditions and physical impairments
Reservation Cancellation Guidelines
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund (no charges apply).
- Cancel up to 48 hours prior to the activity for a 75% refund, with a 25% charge.
- Cancel up to 24 hours before the activity for a 50% refund.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the tour or in case of no-show.
- In case of cancellation from our side due to technical issues, weather conditions, or ATC permission, the company will either reschedule the experience or process a refund within 10–15 working days
