Passengers weighing over 120 kg will be subject to double ticket pricing.
Due to operational constraints, the driver will not be able to wait at the pickup point.

All hot air balloon tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once booked.le and non-refundable
Private Transfers (Zone 1): Available at an additional cost from Al Maha, Jebel Ali, Bab Al Shams, Hatta, Dubai, and Sharjah (up to 5 passengers).
Private Transfers (Zone 2): Available at an additional cost from Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain, and Abu Dhabi (up to 5 passengers).
