- Child Age Limit is 5- 11 years
- Passengers with a weight over 120kg will be charged double the ticket price
- Due to the nature of the activity driver won’t be able to wait at the pickup poin
- Please pick your experience date and type carefully.
- All Hot air balloon ride tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
- Private transportation on additional charges from Al Maha, Jabel Ali, Bab Al Shams, Hatta, Dubai & Sharjah – up to 5 PAX
- Private transportation on additional charges from RAK, Ajman, UAQ, Al-Ain & Abu Dhabi – up to 5 PAX
