Our driver will pick you from your hotel early in the morning.
Pickup time for this activity fluctuates throughout the year, but you will be informed about the exact pickup time during the reservation time.
Normally the pickup is done between 03:45 to 05:00 AM in the morning. However, it depends on the pickup location as well.
Pickup must be within Dubai Hotel.
Pickup cannot be done if the Hotel is located outside Dubai or far from the main city. In such cases, pickup can be done in a private car only if requested well on time.
In case you want to come directly the reservation team will advise you on the location for the Hot Air Balloon ride.
The driver will take you to the Hot Air Balloon flight area in the desert.

- Passengers with a weight over 120kg will be charged double the ticket price
- Child Age Limit is 5- 11 years
- Above 11 years will be charged as an adult
- Due to the nature of the activity driver won’t be able to wait at the pickup point.
- Please pick your experience date and type carefully.
- All Hot air balloon ride tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Private transportation on additional charges from Al Maha, Jabel Ali, Bab Al Shams, Hatta, Dubai & Sharjah – up to 5 PAX
- Private transportation on additional charges from RAK, Ajman, UAQ, Al-Ain & Abu Dhabi – up to 5 PAX

Passengers not allowed to fly:
- Children less than 5 years old
- Adults more than 70 years old
- Ladies more than 3 months pregnant
- Serious Heart problem / serious knee & back pain
- Anyone had major surgery during the last 6 months
- Persons suffering from height phobia not recommended
- Due to current guidelines, guests with high-risk medical conditions, chronic diseases, and respiratory illnesses will not be able to join our tour
- Disabilities covering the following are not allowed for flying Mental or emotional disabilities Physical impairments covering disabilities.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation before 72 hours – 100% refund (No charge)
- Cancellation before 48 hours – 75% refund (25% charge)
- Cancellation before 24 hours – 50% refund (50% charge)
- Cancellation less than 24 hours – No Show & Non-Refundable (100% charge)
- Cancellation from our side due to technical snag/weather / ATC Permission – the company will
- either reschedule or refund the amount within 10 – 15 working days
